These Terms govern your use of the Roam app (“Roam”, “we”, “us”), operated by 7 Source LLC. By downloading or using Roam, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Roam is

Roam is a directory and player for publicly available internet radio streams. We help you discover and play live radio from around the world. We do not own, operate, control, or broadcast the radio stations or their content.

2. Third-party content

Stations, their streams, programming, advertisements, and any associated content are provided by independent third-party broadcasters and the open Radio-Browser directory. Availability, accuracy, and content are outside our control and may change or stop at any time. Roam is provided “as is” for the convenience of accessing these public streams.

3. Acceptable use

• Use Roam only for lawful, personal, non-commercial listening.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its services.
• Don't redistribute or rebroadcast streams in violation of a broadcaster's rights.

4. Accounts

An account is optional and used to sync your favourites. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Roam and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7 Source LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party stream or content.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
